The following is a list of choices which represent the cost of our services. They may or may not include the casket or container required for visitation or viewing, burial, entombment or cremation. You are in no way limited to these service options. You may itemize services in order to select only those which are right for you.
Traditional Funeral Service in Our Chapel or Church	$4,795.00
This package includes basic services of the funeral directors and staff; transfer of remains (local) to funeral home; embalming; dressing and casketing of remains; use of facilites for viewing; facility and staff for the actual service; escort car and funeral coach; committal service (local); thank you notes, record book, and service folders. This package is limited to only those items stated, and does not include the casket, outer burial container, or cash-advance items. Such service items as hairdressing, family car, delivery of flowers, and other items not mentioned specifically may also be an additional charge.
Graveside Service	$4,170.00
This package includes services of the funeral directors and staff; transfer of remains (local) to funeral home; embalming; casketing and dressing of remains; use of facilities for viewing; local funeral coach and escort car; supervision at actual services; thank you notes, record book, and service folders. This package is limited to only those items stated, and does not include the casket, outer burial container, or cash-advance items. Such service items as hairdressing, family car, delivery of flowers, and other items not mentioned specifically may also be an additional charge.
Anatomical Donation	$800.00
This charge is based on local removal, basic arrangements consultation, filing death certificate, sending notice to Social Security Administration, obituary notice to local newspaper, and transportation to K.U. Medical School.
Foreign Destination Charges	$850.00
Our charges for this service include securing the added documentation required for foreign shipping as well as the necessary courier or over-the-road transport to secure same. It may also include translation of documents, added long distance telephone expense, permit fees, and the added time involved in dealing with consulates/embassies of foreign countries and airlines. Should actual expenses be over this fee, adjustments in this amount will be made. This charge is in addition to any other charges for services and merchandise such as, but not limited to: merchandise, embalming, other preparation, or use of facilities and transportation of remains.
