Aaron Mydland, 21, of Emporia, Kansas, died January 27, 2012 at his home.
Aaron was born July 19, 1990 in Coffeyville, Kansas, the son of Rob and Debbie (Winchell) Clark. He moved to Emporia in 1995. Aaron was a graduate of Emporia High School. He enjoyed spending time with family and friends, and taking his dog for long walks.
Aaron is survived by: his parents of the home; grandparents, Al and Betty Ziesmer of Emporia, and Dan and Barbara Clark of Topeka, Kansas; great-grandparents, Jim and Ruth Wood of Nowata, Oklahoma; brothers, Michael McCoy of Seattle, Washington, Timmy McCoy of Emporia, Casey Cole of Emporia, Christopher Frantz of Seattle, Washington, Austin Mydland of Independence, Kansas, Michael McClintick of Emporia, Luke Davis of Coffeyville, Kansas, and Alex Carter of Emporia; sisters, Sabrina Mydland of Independence, Kansas and Dawn Niedfelt of Emporia; and an uncle, Danny Metcalfe and aunt Carrie Metcalfe both of Emporia.
He was preceded in death by a brother, Anthony Mydland; and grandparents, Felix and Mildred (Quewezance) Winchell.
Funeral Services will be held at 6:00 P.M. Tuesday, January 31, 2012, at Roberts-Blue-Barnett Funeral Home in Emporia. Cremation is planned following the service. Captain Jeremiah Burris of the Salvation Army, Emporia, will be officiating.
