Agnes P. Pimple, 90, Emporia, Kansas, died Wednesday morning, June 25, 2014 at Sterling House, Emporia.
  
  
  Agnes P. DeLair was born in Wilmore, Kansas on July 29, 1923, the daughter of Ralph and Nellie (Carter) DeLair. She married Fred J. Pimple at Tonapah, Nevada on April 21, 1941. He died in Emporia on January 11, 1999.
  
  
  Surviving members of Mrs. Pimple’s family include: three sons, Richard Temple, Parker, Colorado, Michael Temple, Ingram, Texas, and Joe Pimple, Alma, Kansas; two daughters, Patricia Abston, Loveland, Colorado, and Mary Bade, Aurora, Colorado; a brother, Donald DeLair, Las Vegas, Nevada; nine grandchildren; twelve great-grandchildren; and one great-great-granddaughter.
  
  
  Mrs. Pimple was preceded in death by her husband; a son, Robert, who died at birth; a sister, Margie Taylor; and a brother, Ralph DeLair.
  
  
  She worked as a LPN at Saint Mary’s Hospital in Emporia for a number of years, and was a member of the hospital auxiliary.
  
  
  The Mass of Christian Burial will be Monday, June 30, 2014 at 10:00 A.M. at Sacred Heart Catholic Church, Emporia. Mass will be celebrated by Father Tom Dolezal of the church. Interment will follow in Saint Joseph Catholic Cemetery, Olpe, Kansas.
  
  
  The Rosary will be recited at the church Sunday evening, June 29, 2014 at 6:30 P.M.
  
  
  Memorials have been established with Hand In Hand Hospice or the Sacred Heart Church Building Fund, with contributions sent in care of Roberts-Blue-Barnett Funeral Home.
