Alicia Ysabel Pedraza Egusquiza

Alicia Ysabel Pedraza Egusquiza, 84, Emporia, Kansas, passed away on Wednesday, April 1, 2026 at Emporia Presbyterian Manor, Emporia, Kansas.

Alicia was born in Ancash, Peru on January 1, 1942. She married Elias Pinto and he passed away in Lima, Peru on September 1, 1983. Surviving family members are son: Jose Pinto, Burlington, Kansas, daughters; Yovana Weller, and Rosa Hammond both of Emporia, Kansas, grandchildren; Alessandra S. Cardenas Pinto, Nicholas Weller, Paulo Cesar Pinto, Renato Pinto, and Maximiliano Pinto, great-grandson; Luka Pinto. She was preceded in death by brothers; Artemio and Benjamin and sister; Rosa.

She attended the Didde Catholic Campus Center in Emporia.

The Rosary will be recited Friday, April 10, 2026 at 6:30 PM at Roberts-Blue-Barnett Funeral Home, Emporia. The family will receive friends following the rosary. Mass of Christian Burial will be celebrated on Saturday, April 11, 2026 at 10:00 A.M. at the Didde Catholic Campus Center.
