Anna Hoggatt, 92, Emporia, and formerly of Virgil, Kansas, passed away at the Emporia Presbyterian Manor on Thursday, July 9, 2025.
Anna Colleen Kulander was born at Virgil, Kansas on October 22, 1932, the daughter of Laten and Norma (Harris) Kulander. Anna and Charles Hoggatt married in Wichita, Kansas on October 26, 1952. He died July 30, 2010 in Virgil.
She is survived by sons; Charles Alan Hoggatt, Lawrence, Kansas, Jerry Ray Hoggatt, Emporia, Kansas, daughters; Kimberly Ann Hoggatt Adoue, Lawrence, Kansas and Kelly Dee Hoggatt Russell, Visalia, California, grandchildren; Tyson, Cory, Kara, and Lea Hoggatt, and Jan, Neil, and Navin Dunn, and also five great-grandchildren.
Anna was a secretary with Didde Graphics, Emporia, retiring after 29 years of service.
Cremation is planned with private family services at a later date. Roberts-Blue-Barnett Funeral Home, Emporia, is assisting with arrangements.
