Antonio Perez-Heredia of Emporia, died at his home on Friday, October 2, 2026. He was 82.
Antonio was born on Jone 13, 1944 in Michoacan, Mexico the son of Frorentino Perez and Victoriana Heredia. He married M. Soccoro Perez. She died on January 26, 2022.
Surviving family members include her sons, Alfonzo Perez of Emporia, Ramiro Perez of Emporia, Gonzalo Perez of Emporia, Martin Perez of Emporia, Victor Perez of Florida, and Antonio Perez of Emporia; daughters, Juana Trujillo of Emporia, Guadalupe Saabedia of Emporia, Socorro Perez of Emporia, Silvia Perez of Chicago, and Yaquelin Perez of Arkansas; many grandchildren and great-grandchildren.
He is preceded in death by his parents, wife, daughter Chayo Perez, two sisters and one brother.
Antonio was a farmer.
Graveside services will be at 1:00 p.m., Tuesday, October 6, 2026 at the Sacred Heart Catholic Cemetery in Emporia.
