Betty Ann Davison, 81, Emporia, Kansas, passed away Friday, September 19, 2014 at Holiday Resort, Emporia.
  
  
  
  Graveside services will be conducted at the Patio Garden of Memorial Lawn Cemetery, Emporia, on Thursday, September 25, 2014 at 11:00 A.M. The service will be conducted by Pastor Susan Daniel-Brey, Grace United Methodist Church. Burial will be in Memorial Lawn Cemetery. The casket will remain closed.
  
  
  
  Betty Ann King was born in Emporia on October 13, 1932, the daughter of James Houston and Bessie Mildred (Berlin) King.
  
  
  
  Mrs. Davison is survived by her son, Douglas Scott Davison of Lenexa, Kansas; grandchildren, Alexander Scott and Maura Elizabeth Davison; and a sister, Dorothy Mayer of Emporia.
  
  
  
  She was preceded in death by her parents, and brothers, Robert, James, and Ralph King.
  
  
  
  Betty was an office clerk for the Dolly Madison Bakery in Emporia for 28 years, retiring in 1994. She enjoyed music and was active with the Sweet Adeliennes of Emporia.
