Brenda Street passed away at her home in Emporia, Kansas on Tuesday, May 7, 2013 at the age of 56.
Brenda Brehob was born December 12, 1956 at Beech Grove, Indiana, the daughter of John William and Wilma (Kokemohr) Brehob. She married Todd David Street at Oklahoma City, Oklahoma on January 4, 1986. He survives of the home.
Other surviving family members include son, David John Street, of the home; brother, John Steven Brehob, Greenwood, Indiana; and her sister, Linda Sue Hoffman, Indianapolis, Indiana.
She was preceded in death by her parents, and a brother, K. Stanton Brehob.
Brenda was a member of the Grace United Methodist Church, Emporia, and was a member and past President (2004-05) of the Hi-Noon Kiwanis Club in Emporia. From 2000 to 2012 she was a doctor of audiology in private practice. She was a member of the American Academy of Audiology and the American Speech & Hearing Association.
Funeral services for will be held at Grace United Methodist Church, Emporia, at 2:00 P.M. Thursday, May 9, 2013. The service will be conducted by Pastor Susan Daniel-Brey of the church. The family will receive friends at the church on Thursday from 12:00 P.M. until 1:30 P.M.
Interment will be on Monday, May 13, 2013 in the Mount Pleasant Cemetery, Greenwood, Indiana.
