Brian F. Benson, 43, of Topeka, Kansas, died Monday, April 20, 2015 in an car accident.
Brian was born April 22, 1971 in Bottineau, North Dakota, the son of Rick and Pat (Schulte) Benson. Brian loved making his family and friends laugh with his endearing silliness and clever sense of humor. He loved riding motorcycles and was a member of ABATE district 12.
Brian is survived by his wife, Dawn (Lindsay) Benson; mother, Pat Gedak; four daughters, Jadena Benson, Savanah Benson, Jessica Benson, and Rya Benson; and seven siblings, Shannon Takla, Sean Benson, Jody (Gedak) Parks, Rochelle Gedak, David Benson, Stefan Benson, and Kai Benson.
Brian was preceded in death by his dad, Rick Benson; his pops, Ray Gedak; and his beloved grandparents.
Cremation is planned, with a memorial service to be held at 3:00 P.M., Saturday, April 25, 2015 at Roberts-Blue-Barnett Funeral Home in Emporia. Reverend Karre Schaefer will be officiating.
