Cecilia Marie Reeves, 67, of Emporia died on Friday, January 26, 2018 at her home.
Cecilia was born on January 17, 1951 in Hominy, Oklahoma the daughter of Calvin and Clarice Smith Martin.
Surviving family members include: daughter, Cheri Podrebarac and husband Damian of Emporia; grandchildren, Cory Obermeyer, Kyle Obermeyer, and Amber Obermeyer; two sisters.
She is preceded in death by her parents, and one brother.
Cecilia, who was lovingly referred to as Cece by her grandchildren, was an artist and loved the outdoors. Many days, she would go hiking with her dog, enjoying the mountain air. She also had an affinity to the southwest. This was reflective in her artwork. She passed on this love of nature and animals to her family.
