Cindy Marie Clatterbuck

Cindy Clatterbuck, 62, Emporia, passed away at Wesley Medical Center, Wichita, on Sunday, December 10, 2023.

Cindy Marie Lanzrath was born in Emporia, Kansas on January 12, 1961, the daughter of Lyle and Delores (Evans) Lanzrath. She is survived by her daughters; Kimberly (Tyler) Todd, Emporia, and Sara Hortenstine, Topeka, brothers; Gilbert, Pat, Matt (Marilyn), Daniel (Amy), and Joe Lanzrath, sisters; Jane Janko and Connie (Bill) Carr, grandchildren; Hunter Lanzrath and Haley Hortenstine. She was preceded in death by her parents, sisters; Jackie Phillips, Toni Lanzrath, Beth Rantera, Jean Grayson, and Ann Tabor and a niece; Jenni Carr.

Cindy treasured every day spending it with family and her animals. Family meant everything to her. Cindy had a giving heart and no matter how hard she struggled with her health, she would always put the needs of others ahead of her own.

Cremation is planned. A Celebration of Cindy’s Life will be held at Saffordville United Methodist Church on January 13th, 2024 from 1-3pm.

A memorial has been established to help with expenses related to her long-term illness and death with contributions sent in care of Roberts-Blue-Barnett Funeral Home, PO Box #175, Emporia, Kansas 66801, which is assisting with arrangements
