Davone "Davee" Rose Dailey died August 18, 2025, at her home. She was 75 years old.
Davee was born on July 10, 1950 in North Platte, Nebraska, the daughter of Arthur and Esther (Lary) Loving. She married Robert Allen Dailey in Las Vegas on October 31, 1970. He died on February 14, 2004, in Emporia, Kansas.
Survivors include her daughters Lori McDonnell, Emporia, Kansas; Melissa (Brad) Ellsworth, Yukon, Oklahoma; sister LeeAnn Bentiste, San Jacinto, California; grandchildren McKayla (Gabriel) Ortiz-Hinostroza, Emporia, Kansas; Hunter (Sarah) Ellsworth, Yukon, Oklahoma; Hayden (Kyla) Ellsworth, Norfolk, Virginia; Annikah Sosa and fiancé Elijah Rowley, DeSoto, Kansas; Colston McDonnell, Emporia, Kansas; and five great-grandchildren.
She is preceded in death by her parents, husband Robert Dailey, and brother Lary Loving.
Cremation is planned, with private inurnment at a later date.
