Deanna Louise Buss, 57, of rural Reading, Kansas, died Tuesday, January 27, 2015, at her home.
Deanna was born on April 30, 1957 in Topeka, Kansas, the daughter of Arlon and Frances Easton Tiffany. She married Rick Buss and later divorced.
Surviving family members include: fiancé, Harry Whitaker of the home; son, Caleb Wayne Buss of Emporia; daughter, Ashley Marie Buss of Reading; brothers, Fred Tiffany of Salem, Oregon, Howard Tiffany of Parker, Colorado, Harry Tiffany of Bella Vista, Arkansas, and Lloyd Tiffany of Clay Center, Kansas; and sisters, Lois Jeffers of Holbrook, Arizona, Jeannine Jones of Vassar, Kansas, and Carol Newcomer of Fort Scott, Kansas.
She is preceded in death by her parents.
Deanna was a lead lady at Hostess/Dolly Madison for about twenty years.
Cremation is planned, with a visitation from 1:00 P.M. to 3:00 P.M., Saturday, January 31, 2015 at Roberts-Blue-Barnett Funeral Home, Emporia. The family requests no flowers, with memorial contributions instead to Hand in Hand Hospice. Contributions may be sent in care of the funeral home.
