Over her 95 years Delores loved being a mother and grandmother. She was a good wife, homemaker, and friend to many. Always making time to listen. Delores was a strong Christian woman and eagerly shared her faith at every opportunity. She was very active in the First Baptist Church of McPherson while her kids were growing up. She served on many boards and was one of the sponsors of the Son Shine traveling musical group. After the passing of her husband, she moved to Emporia, Kansas to be closer to family. She assisted at the Twelfth Avenue Baptist Church in Emporia. One of her greatest joys was following her grandkids no matter what event they were involved in.
