Ethan Hunter James Frisbie

Ethan Hunter James Frisbie, Melvern, Kansas, passed away on October 27, 2024, at Children’s Mercy Hospital in Kansas City, Missouri. He was 10 years old.

Ethan was born in Emporia, Kansas, on November 30, 2013, the son of Chris and Denise (Sherrill) Johnson.

He is preceded in death by his great-grandparents Elma and Ted Lais.

Survivors include his parents, Chris and Denise Johnson, Melvern, KS; brother Dylan Agin and his fiancé Victoria Cabrera, Emporia, KS; and grandparents Rita and Marvin Farr, Emporia, KS; and Dave and Nancy Johnson, Melvern, KS.

Funeral services will be held Thursday, November 7, 2024, at 11:00 A.M. at Messiah Lutheran Church, 1101 Neosho Street, Emporia, Kansas, 66801. Family will receive friends Wednesday, November 6, 2024, from 5:00 P.M. to 8:00 P.M. at Roberts-Blue-Barnett Funeral Home, 605 State Street, Emporia, Kansas, 66801.
