Frances Kay Ripley, 74 of rural Americus, Kansas died Saturday, December 30, 2017 at the Golden Living Center in Cottonwood Falls, Kansas.
Frances was born April 21, 1943 in Emporia, Kansas the daughter of George and Constance (Erickson) Luginsland. She was a homemaker. Frances enjoyed sewing, canning, and gardening.
Frances married Joseph Todd in November of 1965. They later divorced. She then married Albert Ripley on November 5, 1994 in Emporia. He survives of the home. Other survivors include: son William Todd of Bryan, Texas, daughters Sharon Smith of Cabot, Arkansas, Patti Urschel of Emporia, 17 grandchildren and 2 great-grandchildren. She was preceded in death by her parents, and two brothers Gale Luginsland and Gene Luginsland.
