Gilibaldo Coria, 59, of Emporia died Wednesday, February 21, 2018 at his home.
The Rosary will be recited Friday, February 23, 2018 at 7:30 P.M. at Roberts-Blue-Barnett Funeral Home. The Mass of Christian Burial will be celebrated at 11:00 A.M. Saturday, February 24, 2018 at St. Catherine Catholic Church. Fr. John Cordes of St. Catherine will be the celebrant. Burial will be at a later date in Mexico.
Gilibaldo Coria, the son of Jeremias and Leonarda Garcia Coria was born May 9, 1958 in Mexico. He married Graciela Garcia in Mexico. She survives of the home.
Surviving members of the family include, a son, Rosalio Coria of Little Rock, AR; three daughters, Veronica Couch and Araceli Coria both of Emporia and Silvina Coria of Denver CO; a brother, Everardo Coria of Mexico; four sisters, Alicia Coria, Gudelia Coria, Joaquina Coria and Lilia Coria asll of Mexico; five grandchildren, Alexander Couch, Lesley Couch, Jonathan Couch, Aaralyn Castanon, and Thiago Madrigal also survive. He was preceded in death his parents and a brother, Ignacio Coria.
Gilibaldo was a Laborer at the Tyson Meat Plant in Emporia, and a member of St. Catherine Catholic Church.
