Harold D. Robinson, 88, Eskridge, Kansas, passed away Thursday, February 1, 2018 at Midland Hospice House, Topeka.
Harold Dean Robinson was born August 14, 1929 in Clay County, Kansas the son of Earl and Bessie (McVaugh) Robinson. He married Emily Jane McNeal in Chanute, Kansas on October 6, 1957. She survives.
Other surviving family members include his three sons; Kevin, of Chandler, AZ, Scott, of Harveyville, and Doyle, of Eskridge. There are also eight grandchildren, three great-grandchildren and one great-grandchild on the way.
He was preceded in death by his parents, a brother, Gerald, and sister, Ann Forman.
Mr. Robinson was a farmer and rancher for his lifetime. He had been a member of the Kansas Farm Bureau, and was a current member of the Miller United Methodist Church, Miller, KS, the Pecos Antique Tractor Club, and the NRA. He served in the United States Army from 1954 until 1956. He enjoyed hunting, fishing, and working on old tractors.
Funeral services will be at the United Church of Eskridge on Monday, February 5, 2018 at 11:00 AM Burial will be in the Eskridge Cemetery, east of Eskridge.
The family will receive friends at the church Sunday from 4:00 PM until 6:00 PM
