Jackie D. Siebenaler, 74, of Olpe, Kansas, died Sunday, September 1, 2013 at Holiday Resort Care Center, Emporia, Kansas.
Jackie Darlene Mitchell the daughter of John “Jack” and Opal Wagner Mitchell, was born July 5, 1939 in Elkhart, Kansas. She married Jim Siebenaler on February 2, 1957 in Elkhart. She worked at several businesses in Emporia, retiring from Country Kitchen. She was a member of the Jehovah’s Witnesses.
She is survived by her husband, Jim Siebenaler of the home; three sons, Jay Siebenaler of Liberal, Doc Siebenaler of Olpe, John Siebenaler of Emporia; three sisters, Donna Houston of Florida, Joyce Cost of Liberal, Sherry West of Arizona; nine grandchildren; and two great-grandchildren. She was preceded in death by her parents and one sister.
Cremation is planned. The memorial service will be held at 2:00 P.M. Wednesday, September 4, 2013 at Roberts-Blue-Barnett Funeral Home, Emporia.
