Janette Marie Williams, Emporia, Kansas, died August 16, 2025, at her home. She was 64 years old.
Janette was born on October 7, 1960, in Salina, Kansas, the daughter of Lyle Francis and Alvena Helen (Ahrens) Williams. Alvena passed August 27, 2010, and Lyle passed July 25, 2024.
Survivors include sisters Frances (Gary) Statler, Lincoln, Nebraska; and Gail (Richard) Lewis, Emporia, Kansas; and sister-in-law Eileen Williams, Emporia, Kansas.
She is preceded in death by her grandparents, parents, brother Michael Ray Williams, and niece Angel Lewis.
Cremation is planned, with a celebration of life Tuesday, October 7, 2025, at 11:00 A.M., at the Hartford College Building, just south of Plum Avenue, Hartford, Kansas. The family requests that guests bring a dish.
