Jeffery R. Bannon (58), of Emporia, died Saturday, February 27, 2016 at the Flint Hills Care Center in Emporia. Cremation is planned.
His memorial service will be at 10:00 A.M. Friday, March 4, 2016 at St. Andrew’s Episcopal Church. The Rev. Kay Dagg, Priest, of the church will officiate. Interment will be in Greenwood Cemetery, in Newton. Memorial donations to the St. Andrew’s Episcopal Church may be sent in care of the Funeral Home.
Jeffery Raymond Bannon, the son of John and Shirley Friesen Bannon was born August 22, 1957 in Newton. He married Trish Arganbright on August 5, 1989 in Waterville. They later divorced and she survives of Cheyenne, Wyoming.
He is also survived by a son, Jack Bannon of Cheyenne, WY; two sisters, Deanna Defoor of Manhattan and Lisa Brockelman of Surprise, AZ.
His parents, John and Shirley Bannon, preceded him in death.
