JOSEPHINE P. ROBLEDO, Emporia, Kansas, died at her home Tuesday, July 13, 2010. She was 80.
She was born at Humbolt, Kansas on March 17, 1930. She married John N. Robledo in September of 1950 at Emporia, Kansas. He died in September of 1968.
Surviving family members include:
Daughter: Mary Watson of Emporia, Kansas
Grandchildren: Dawn and Crystal Watson of Emporia, Kansas
She worked as a custodian at Emporia State University from 1969 until retirement in 1976. She was a member of the Sacred Heart Catholic Church, Emporia, Kansas.
No services are planned at this time. Mrs. Robledo’s body was gifted to the Kansas City University of Medicine and Biosciences, Kansas City, Missouri. Inurnment at a later date, will be in the Sacred Heart Catholic Cemetery, Emporia, KS.
