Judy Charlene Purkeypyle

Judy Charlene Purkeypyle, Olpe, Kansas, died Thursday, May 16, 2024, at her home. She was 60 years old.

Judy was born on January 8, 1964, in Snohomish, Washington, the daughter of Charles and Judith (Fillpot) Moody. Judy married Wayne E. Purkeypyle in Wichita, Kansas in May of 2001. He passed on November 22, 2019, in Madison, Kansas.

Survivors include children Darrell Moody, Derby, KS; Charles (Joyce) Clawson, Abilene, TX; Wendy (Wade) Walker, Emporia, KS; Sheldon Davis, Emporia, KS; and Stacy (Natasha) Davis, Killeen, TX; grand-children Reagan, Aidan, Caleb, Charlie Ray, Ethan, Caitlin, Dylan, Chloe, Cale, Kyndal, Reilly, Riley, Evee, Carson, Adam, Parker, Julian and Cora; and one great-grand child, LeVeah Davis.

She was preceded in death by her grandparents, mother, and husband.

Cremation is planned, with private family services at a later date. Roberts-Blue-Barnett Funeral Home is assisting with arrangements.
