Kitty Marie Thompson

Kitty Marie Thompson, 60, passed on to the next part of her journey Tuesday, January 16, 2024, at Wesley Medical Center in Wichita, Kansas with family and friends by her side.

Kitty was born on April 29, 1963, in Newton, Kansas and is the daughter of Robert and Patricia Lemon Brady. Kitty graduated from Remington High School class of 1981. She married Randell Thompson on August 27, 1983, in Newton, Kansas and together they have their only child, Jeremy Thompson.

Surviving family members include: husband, Randell Thompson of Emporia; son, Jeremy (Jamy) Thompson of Emporia; grandchildren, Jude, Ash, Brelynn, and Raleigh Thompson; parents, Robert and Patricia Brady of Osage City, Kansas.

She is preceded in death by her brothers Lee Wayne and Toby Lynn Brady.

Kitty was a Domestic Engineer and a Bail Bondsman. She was especially proud of her son and grandchildren and enjoyed spending time with family and friends. She always had a beautiful smile that could light up a room and will be missed by many.

Funeral services will be at 2:00 p.m., Monday, January 22, 2024, at Roberts-Blue-Barnett Funeral Home, Emporia with the visitation starting at 1:00 p.m. until service time.
