Leonard L. Dallke, 79, formerly of Rural Allen, Kansas, died on May 14, 2011 at the Holiday Resort Care Center in Emporia, Kansas.
Leonard was born on May 7, 1932 in Burns, Kansas, the son of Oliver and Emma Alice (Ford) Dallke. He married Ethel Marie Hill on January 29, 1950 in Sterling, Kansas. She survives.
Other survivors include: sons, Leon Dallke of Chesapeake, Virginia, David L. Dallke of Cuyahoga Falls, Ohio, and Kenneth D. Dallke of Burton, Kansas; daughter, E. Marietta Peterson of Burlingame, Kansas; 14 grandchildren; 29 great-grandchildren; and sisters, Connie McCall of Hays, Kansas, and Lenora McCall of Kansas City, Kansas.
He is preceded in death by parents and two sisters.
Leonard was a farmer.
Cremation has taken place with a private memorial service to be held at a later date. Inurnment will be in Admire Cemetery at a later date.
