He was preceded in death by his wife Sharon Carr, his parents, and his granddaughter Jenni May Carr.
Ted was a long-time member of the National Rifle Association. Ted was known for hauling cattle and in his later years, hauling grain. To some they would say he was a legend and you never had to worry about anything when Ted was handling the loads. Ted drove a semi-truck until he was 86 years old. Ted was known for his amazing smile, kindness, patience, honesty and could be known to be a little ornery at times. He loved braiding. He tied scarf slides, horn knots and could braid rawhide and leather with great craft. In his younger days before hauling cattle, he helped Gerald Roberts and family with rodeos where he rode bulls and worked as their hand. To this day, he has remained close to this family. Ted loved dancing and he loved his guns. If you knew him you knew he was especially focused on his girls knowing how to shoot, defend themselves and made sure they had a gun for themselves. Ted never knew a stranger and loved his family deeply. He will always be remembered for all his qualities, but most of all being Lonewolf.
