Norman Dennis Bullington, 61, of Emporia, Kansas, died at his home on Monday, October 27, 2014.
Dennis was born in Wichita, Kansas, on May 26, 1953, the son of Roy Lee and Mary Catherine (Krueger) Bullington.
Surviving family members include his sisters, Betty K. White (Perry) of Emporia, and Mary L. Knoeppel (William) of Olathe, Kansas; brothers, Charles R. Bullington (Bonnie) Westchester, Ohio, and Robert D. Bullington (Teri) of Emporia; as well as numerous nieces and nephews.
He was preceded in death by his parents, and a sister, W. Jean Cunningham Lester.
Mr. Bullington was a member of Sacred Heart Catholic Church, a 1971 graduate of Emporia High School, and had been employed by Krueger Plumbing & Heating.
Mass of Christian Burial will be at Sacred Heart Catholic Church in Emporia on Friday, October 31, 2014 at 10:30 A.M. The Mass will be celebrated by Father Tom Dolezal of the church. Burial will follow in Sacred Heart Catholic Cemetery, Emporia.
The Rosary will be recited at Roberts-Blue-Barnett Funeral Home, Emporia, Thursday evening, October 30, 2014 at 7:00 P.M. The family will receive friends following the Rosary.
