Ollie Marie Dilts Fowler passed away on Monday, November 18, 2024, at the Council Grove Healthcare Center, Council Grove, Kansas.
Ollie was born February 29, 1932, in Emporia, Kansas, the daughter of Harold O. and Juanita A. Lewis Dilts. She married Harvey Ray Fowler on October 6, 1950, at the Methodist Church in Emporia, Kansas. She was a chiropractor’s assistant in the office of Dr. John Setterstrom for several years.
Ollie and Ray were the parents of 4 children, Harvey Ray, Jr. (Nannette), Emporia, Kathy (Doug) Montgomery, Council Grove, Michael (Cynthia) and Celine (John) Whitaker, Americus.
She is survived by her children, Harvey Ray, Jr., Kathy and Celine. She is also survived by her brother, Kenneth (Donna) Dilts, Kansas City, Kansas and daughter-in-law Cynthia Orear Fowler.
She was preceded in death by her husband, Harvey, son Michael, sister Thelma Patty, brother Richard Dilts, grandchild Melissa Fowler, great-grandchildren, Chase Luby and Paxton Luby.
She is also survived by her grandchildren, Kristy Storer, Steven Fowler, Heather Dobbs, Stacey Burenheide, Erika Needles, Austin Needles, Chelsea Spade and Amanda Swartz. Many great-grandchildren and one great-great-grandchild.
A graveside memorial service will be held at a later date.
