Patrick Dewayne Osborn

Patrick D. Osborn, 58, Emporia, passed away on Tuesday, August 7, 2018 at the Midland Hospice House, Topeka, Kansas.

Funeral services will be held at the First Baptist Church, Emporia, on Saturday, August 11, 2018 at 10:30 A.M. The service will be conducted by Pastor Rob Clausen, of the church. Cremation will follow the service with burial in the Pleasant View Cemetery, northeast of Agricola, Kansas at a later date.

The family will receive friends from 7:00 PM to 8:00 PM Friday at the Roberts-Blue-Barnett Funeral Home.

Patrick Dewayne Osborn was born August 2, 1960 in Fort Worth, Texas, the son of Warren and Beverly (Keely) Osborn.

Mr. Osborn is survived by his son; Jeremy Osborn, and his wife, Whitney, Wichita, Kansas, Daughter; Shelby Osborn, and her fiancé, Kent Barmann, Tecumseh, Kansas, Brothers; Kenny Osborn, Emporia, Kansas, Kevin Osborn, Olathe, Kansas, and Danny Wilks, Harcourt, Iowa, Sister; Wanda Broden, Waverly, Kansas, and his former wives; Nolene Reynolds, and Julie Ann Kimmal.

Patrick was retired from Dolly Madison Bakery and had served as Shop Steward of Local #218 of the Bakery and Confectionary Workers Union. He attended First Baptist Church, Emporia.

A memorial has been established with the Emporia Animal Shelter or Hand-In-Hand Hospice. Donations may be sent to the Roberts-Blue-Barnett Funeral Home, PO Box #175, Emporia, Kansas 66801, which is in charge of arrangements.
