Randall M. Hoskins, 71, Emporia, Kansas, passed away of Wednesday, April 12, 2023 at the Chase County Care and Rehabilitation Center, Cottonwood Falls, Kansas. Cremation is planned and a Celebration of Life will be scheduled for a later date. The family requests no flowers with memorial contributions to the ALS Society, which may be sent to Roberts-Blue-Barnett Funeral Home, PO Box #175, Emporia, Kansas 66801.
