Ronald H. Kuhn

Ronald H. Kuhn, 62, Admire, Kansas, passed away at his home on Wednesday, May 23, 2018.

Ronald was born April 11, 1956 in Emporia, Kansas, the son on Elden G and Una Mae (Reidel) Kuhn. He is survived by his mother; Una Mae Kuhn, Admire, KS, Brother; Mike (Susan) Kuhn, Admire, Nieces; Heather Swanson, her husband, Matt, and their sons Will and Alex,  Sarah Skiles, her husband, Brad and their daughter, Sadie, Nephew; Dustin, his wife, Nichole and their daughter, Madelynn,  aunts; Viola Kuhn and Violet Selby, and her husband, Loren, all of Emporia,  and his dog, Willie, who was his pride and joy.

He was preceded in death by his father, Elden.

Ronald was a 1974 graduate of Northern Heights High School and later graduated from Emporia State University and Kansas State University, Manhattan. He was a civil engineer and worked for Houston Light and Power (later know as Houston Industries), multiple engineering firms in Topeka, and he owned RHK Enterprises in Admire.

He was a member of the Admire United Methodist Church. Ronald was a volunteer with Lyon County Fire District #2, and was active with the Admire Community Center and Relay For Life.

Cremation is planned. Memorial services will be held at the Admire (Kansas) United Methodist Church on Tuesday, May 29, 2018 at 11:00 A.M. The service will be conducted by Pastor Mark Stukey.

The family will receive friends at the church an hour prior to the services.
