Steven William Goldsberry

Steven William Goldsberry passed away on October 10, 2026, in Emporia. Steve was a life-long resident of Emporia. Born September 12, 1951, he was the son of Delmas and Dorothy (Wheat) Goldsberry.

Steve is survived by his son, Presley Goldsberry (Courtney) and grandsons, Jae Goldsberry, Austin Baker, Lucas Goldsberry, and Jaxon Goldsberry of Belton, MO; sisters, Sally Overstreet of Woodland, CA, and Connie Christ of Sacramento, CA; brother, Jim Goldsberry of Woodland, CA; nephew, James Goldsberry (Jennifer) and great-nephew, Carter Goldsberry and great-niece, Ruby Goldsberry of Pleasant Hill, CA; cousins, Betty Sharp of Emporia, Mike Bixler of Mabank, TX, Leslie Elcano and Helen Rogers of Reno, NV, and Rick Edwards of Emporia.

A lifetime lover of all animals, Steve also leaves his pet cats that will be well cared for.

Private services are pending with burial at Maplewood Memorial Lawn Cemetery.
