Teresa Ann Parnell, 37, Americus, Kansas, died at Stormont-Vail Medical Center, Topeka, Kansas, on Monday, April 13, 2015.
Teresa Ann Kinsey was born in Emporia, Kansas on May 8, 1977, the daughter of Verlin and Tammie (Collins) Kinsey. She married Richard Lee Parnell, Sr. on December 15, 1998 in Emporia. He survives.
Other surviving family members include her sons, Richard Lee Parnell, Jr. and Tyler John Parnell, both in Americus; stepdaughter, Wilma Elizabeth Parnell, Emporia; her parents, Verlin and Tammie Kinsey, Olpe, Kansas; grandfather, Billy Collins and grandmother, Judy Kinsey, both in Emporia; brother, Vincent Kinsey, Emporia; and three step-grandchildren.
Cremation is planned.
Memorial services will be held at Countryside Baptist Church, Americus, Kansas, Saturday, April 18, 2015 at 3:00 P.M. The service will be conducted by Pastor Rick Smith of the church.
