Terry Lynn Ford, 55 of Emporia, Kansas died Saturday, December 23, 2017 at Stormont-Vail Hospital in Topeka, Kansas.
Terry was born December 26, 1961 in Emporia the son of Robert E. and Lorene Carol Ford. He worked at Emporia State University for 25 years. Terry was an avid Kansas City Chiefs fan and a longtime season ticket holder. He also enjoyed geo-cashing and disk golf. Terry was baptized at West Side Baptist Church on Easter of 1976.
Terry is survived by his parents Bob and Carol of Hutchinson, Kansas, brother Dennis Ford and wife Jeni of Hutchinson, and brother Jimmy Robert Ford and wife Diana and their children Michele, Molly and Manon of Glendale, Arizona.
Funeral services will be 10:00 A.M. Saturday, December 30, 2017 at Roberts-Blue-Barnett Funeral Home in Emporia. Pastor Kenneth Armstrong of the West Side Baptist Church in Emporia will be officiating. Interment will be in the Hillside Cemetery in Toledo, Kansas. The family will receive friends from 7:00 P.M. to 8:00 P.M. Friday, December 29, 2017 at Roberts-Blue-Barnett Funeral Home.
