Terry L. Turner, 60, Emporia, Kansas, died at his home on Friday, October 18, 2013.
Terry Lee Turner was born in Springfield, Missouri on August 16, 1953, the son of William D. and Doris (Bass) Turner. He married Holly Timm at Wheeler, Texas on July 12, 1983 who survives of the home.
Other surviving family members include: his parents, of Independence, Missouri; daughter, Stacy Ragsdale of Emporia; sister, Linda Kay Blonquist of Olathe, Kansas; and grandson, Timothy Jett Louie Turner.
He was preceded in death by a grandson, Joseph Allen Fultz, and his brother, Tim Turner.
Mr. Turner worked for APAC Construction Company for 16 years, and most recently was employed by The Emporia Gazette in distribution.
The family will receive friends at Roberts-Blue-Barnett Funeral Home from 2:00 to 4:00 p.m. on Tuesday, October 22, 2013. Cremation will follow.
