Trudy Elaine Suggs of Madison, died on Wednesday, March 4, 2020 at the Sunflower Care Home, Emporia. She was 69.
Trudy was born on October 31, 1950 in Waynesville, Missouri the daughter of Stanley Sidney and Rosalie Lewis Stites. She married Larry Clayton Suggs on September 15, 1967 in Licking, Missouri. He died March 23, 2018 in Springfield, Missouri.
She is survived by: son, William Stanley Suggs and wife Shelly of Madison; grandchildren, Adrianna Suggs, Devin Suggs, Brandon Suggs, Mia Suggs, Zachary Suggs, Zander Suggs, Jason Dixon, and Victoria McBride; sisters, Marilyn Judith of Roby, Missouri, and Alice Pineda of Beaverton, Oregon, and great-grandchildren, Breanna McBride, Jackson Robert Dixon and Kaylee Grace Dixon.
She is preceded in death by her parents, husband, sister Lucille Price, and brother Bruce Stites.
Trudy was a pastor’s wife and a homemaker. She was a member of the Fairview Baptist Church in Laquey, Missouri.
Cremation is planned with a memorial service at a later date.
