Virgina M. Johnson, 67, Emporia, passed away at Newman Regional Health, Emporia

Virginia was born in Bakersfield, California on January 4, 1957, the daughter of Donald and Dolly (Trader) Brackett. She is survived by her daughter; Kim Johnson, Emporia, brothers; Cary (Mary) Brackett, Las Vegas, NV, Max Brackett, Midville, UT, and Nathan Holmes, Santa Paula, CA. She was preceded in death by her father, Donald Brackett and mother and step-father,  Dolly and Jack Holmes.

Mrs. Johnson worked for a few years as a dietary aide at The Meadows Care Center, Emporia.

Cremation is planned. A Celebration of Virginia’s life will be held at a later date.
