William “Doody” Evaughn Love of Emporia died on Friday, January 14, 2022 at Newman Regional Health, Emporia, Kansas. He was 76.
Doody was born on January 26, 1945 in Parsons, Kansas the son of William and Bessie Ford Love. He graduated from Parsons High School and worked as a laborer.
He is survived by his brother, Edward Love of Detroit, Michigan; and many nieces and nephews.
He is preceded in death by his parents, brother John Van, and sisters Hazel Turner, Darliene Banks, Marinette Hunter, and Marie Love.
Cremation is planned with no services schedules.
